The DVD format we supply is DVD-R either in Pal or NTSC format. Please check that your player supports DVD-R and is either Pal or NTSC playback we can't replace orders free of charge so please check or ask for advice before ordering.

DVD's are shipped in a clear protective sleeve we do not supply box and covers. Covers are available to download on line in the shop and print off at any time and DVD boxers are cheaper to buy locally than what it costs to post them.

All costs shown are inclusive of shipping worldwide air mail.

Non deliveries please allow 21 days and then notify us giving the order ID and your full details with products ordered and they will be re shipped to you.

Defective goods are replaced just mail us the details and what the fault is and if it is one we can assist you with we will if the disc is faulty it will be replaced. We do not accept returned goods or supply credits for incorrectly ordered items. If you are not sure ask us for support so we can help you get it right.

All orders received before 1800 hrs GMT are shipped same day except Saturdays/Sundays.

Support is available most days 0900 - 1800 hrs and on most occasions 7 days a week so we will respond to your questions as quick as we can.
