Question 3: Are the DVDs sent in a box with printed cover.
Answer 3: No we ship to you the DVD in a clear plastic protective cover. A DVD case can be bought local for a few pence and we have the covers on line so you can download and print one off if you require one at anytime.
Question 5: How long before I get my order.
Answer 5: Mon - Fri orders we receive between 0900 - 1800 GMT we ship same day from the EU to anywhere in the world. 4/7 days is an average but we ask all customers to allow 21 days for postal delays before reporting a non delivery.
Question 7: What is your return and replacement policy.
Answer 7: Defective DVDs will be replaced FOC, items ordered in error you will be charged a restocking and additional shipping cost. Contact Us using the link in the information box for advice.
Question 8: I live in the USA do I need PAL or NTSC format.
Answer 8: In most cases you will need NTSC and many of our DVDs are available in PAL or NTSC they are marked for you to order the correct format. New DVD players are now multi format and can play all types of DVD so check your machines manual or the manufacturers web site for the information.
Question 10: Can I contact you easily and quickly for support.
Answer 10: Yes just mail us using the Contact Us link in the information box. We respond during the working week 0900 - 1800 very quickly. Outside these hours and at weekends it may take a little longer but you will get a reply within 24hrs.
